Kennebec Valley Toastmasters has been a vital part of the Augusta community since March 1977! We're proud to offer a welcoming space for anyone looking to enhance their communication skills. As a proud member of the Kennebec Valley Chamber of Commerce, we continue to evolve and grow.

 

From our traditional in-person meetings, we've embraced the times by offering a hybrid format that lets you participate either in person or online.

No matter who you're speaking to—whether it's a board of directors, clients, coworkers, or even your kids—Kennebec Valley Toastmasters will help you communicate with confidence and clarity. In fact, Toastmasters International's tagline is, "Communicate Confidently." You'll learn and practice in a supportive, friendly environment alongside others who share the same goal: to become better communicators.

At Kennebec Valley Toastmasters, you'll build your skills and gain confidence by delivering prepared speeches, engaging in impromptu speaking, offering constructive evaluations, and even taking on leadership roles—all in a no-pressure setting that encourages growth. And the best part? You progress at your own pace, so you're always moving forward.

We offer three convenient meeting times:

• 1st and 3rd Tuesdays at 6:00 PM ET on Zoom*

• 2nd and 4th Tuesdays at Noon ET on Zoom* (perfect for busy professionals—Zoom in during your lunch!)

• in person the 2nd Tuesday at 6:00 PM at Augusta City Hall.
