Meetings
Meetings have three sections.
"Speaking Session"
5-7 minute speeches
Each meeting, 2-3 members give a prepared speech. Members work from Pathways, Toastmaster's education curriculum, to expand their communication skills.
"Impromptu Session"
Table Topics
Here is the opportunity for members and guests (if they wish) to practice thinking on their feet. Participants have 1-2 minutes to answer random questions.
"Feedback Session"
Evaluations
Each speaker is given a 2–3 minute evaluation of their speech. Effective evaluations include specific comments on what worked well, suggestions for improvement, and a challenge for future speeches
