Three sessions, one great hour
Every Kennebec Valley Toastmasters meeting follows a proven format that balances preparation, spontaneity, and feedback.
Speaking Session
5-7 minute speeches
Members deliver prepared speeches from the Pathways curriculum, building skills one speech at a time.
Impromptu Session
Table Topics 1-2 minutes
Think on your feet! Members and guests answer random questions with just a moment to prepare.
Feedback Session
Evaluations 2-3 minutes
Every speaker receives a thoughtful evaluation - what worked, what to try next time, and a challenge for the future.
